Nordland Cultural Center is a cultural base established in 1988 that is run by Nordland County Council. This stay is surrounded by nature, only 3 km away from the city centre and a 10 minute walk away from Seria. It includes: your own room (with a bed, mirror, desk, chair and closet), a shared bathroom and kitchen/living area, bedding (sheets, pillows) and towels for only 450/500 euros. Outside of your building you will find a cafe thats open every day (even on Sunday) until 4. This is the perfect place for a cappuccino or a Sunday breakfast. Close to your house you will find a 100 meter point with a hammock you can lay in for hours.
Flatvold has a total of 191 housing units. This stay is surrounded by nature, 1.6 km away from Seria and a 25-minute walk away to the city center. With good weather, you can bike to Seria in 10 minutes. For not so good weather you can take the bus which is in front of Flatvold. It includes: your own bathroom, bed, desk, chair, closet and there is a shared kitchen for only 450/500 euros. All residents have access to a large TV room, a gym and reading rooms for studying
